1. Introduction
Welcome to AC Benahavís Walking Football Club ("the Club"). By participating in any Club activity or using our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Membership & Participation
- Membership is open to eligible players (typically 50+ age groups).
- Walking football rules must be followed at all times.
- The Club reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership.
3. Code of Conduct
- Respect all players, organisers, and referees.
- No abusive or aggressive behaviour will be tolerated.
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment at all times.
4. Health & Fitness
Participation is at your own risk. By joining a session you confirm you are medically fit to take part in physical activity. If in doubt, consult your doctor before playing.
5. Liability
The Club is not liable for injuries, illness, or loss of personal property sustained during Club activities, except where required by applicable law.
6. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for Club promotion on our website and social media. If you do not wish to appear in Club media, please let us know via our Contact page.
7. Team Selection
Teams may be selected based on ability, fairness, and availability at the organiser's discretion.
8. Termination
Membership may be suspended or terminated for misconduct, aggressive behaviour, or breach of these terms. The Club will endeavour to address issues fairly before taking such action.
9. Updates to These Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation in Club activities following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to members where possible.

El Club no se hace responsable de lesiones, enfermedades ni pérdidas de objetos personales durante las actividades, salvo obligación legal aplicable.
6. Fotografías y Medios
Se pueden tomar imágenes durante las sesiones con fines promocionales en nuestro sitio web y redes sociales. Si no desea aparecer en los medios del Club, comuníquenoslo a través de nuestra página de Contacto.
7. Selección de Equipos
Los equipos se seleccionan según nivel, disponibilidad y equidad, a criterio del organizador.
8. Terminación de Membresía
La membresía puede suspenderse o cancelarse por incumplimiento de estas normas o conducta inapropiada. El Club tratará de resolver los problemas de forma justa antes de tomar dicha decisión.
