⚽ Pre-Season Friendly – AC Benahavís v Calahonda
Today we welcomed our local rivals and good friends from Calahonda for a pre-season Over 60s friendly, with both squads keen to test themselves ahead of the new season.
With players being rotated across six games, there was plenty of opportunity for everyone to get some valuable match time. Despite being a friendly, there was certainly no shortage of competitive spirit .Both teams produced some excellent football, created plenty of chances and scored some great goals .
After six entertaining games, the final score was 3 a piece , which was a fair reflection of a very evenly matched morning.
A big thank you to our friends from Calahonda for joining us and making it such an enjoyable session.
The two teams then enjoyed a great post-match get-together at Bar O’Hana with everyone also generously contributing to support our team sponsors, Samaritans Spain. 👏⚽❤️
